Mary Theresa Manning (Burchstead)
BEVERLY: M. Theresa “T.C.” (Burchstead) Manning, 90, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017 in the Kaplan Family Hospice House, Danvers. She was the wife of the late Kenneth H. Manning who died in 2009.
Born in Beverly on July 19, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Ann (Galvin) Burchstead. A lifelong resident of Beverly, She was a graduate of St. Mary’s School and a longtime communicant of St Mary's Star of Sea Parish.
A familiar face around Beverly, T.C is probably remembered by many as the face behind the counter at the former Delight Donuts on Rantoul St. After the business closed, T.C. had a second career employed as a machine operator at Delta Electronics in Beverly for twenty years. She enjoyed her yard, gardening, spending time at Salem Willows and especially loved spending time with her family. Before T.C's health started to fail, she was often seen at yard sales and rummage sales. She loved people watching.
